The font size cannot be changed. You may copy and paste the spectrum graph to PowerPoint, and then overlay some text boxes to add bigger labels.

There is no direct way to set the same quantifier for multiple blobs. MS data binning settings do not affect importing raw data. Raw spectra should be imported from MassHunter as-is. You may want to check if Peak MS matches what you expected.
