This plugin only reports the response of molecular ions. The purpose of the plugin is to reduce the complexity of creating polygon groups, but still be able to leverage on retention patterns. If you create one polygon per group, then you don't need this plugin. You can get the response of base peak ...

Re: Average blob tables from experimental replicates?

It can be done through Investigator. From Project program, use Run > Investigate Images. More details on Investigator here: https://www.gcimage.com/gcxgc/usersguide/comparisons.html#Investigator Is this a targeted or non-targeted analysis? They will require different workflows. You may check some ex...

Re: Possible to extract hit mass spec from NIST to blob table?

No, hit spectra are not directly available. When viewing a blob spectrum, the software retrieves the hit spectra from NIST library on the fly. It could be done by a custom plugin , or searching NIST MS Search program again in your own program. Both are time-expensive operations. The plugin would be ...

Re: MSSTRING() and decimals

The software always imports centroid data if it is available. If centroid data is not available, the software will import nominal spectra of profile data. From the screenshots, there are centroid spectra. So, the only problem is MS Data Binning setting. By default, MSString() uses the Blob spectrum....

Re: MSSTRING() and decimals

Try the following expression MSSTRING@peak("mzDecimal=4") If m/z values have the correct decimal places, check if Configure > Settings > Multi-Channel > MS Data Binning settings are set to By Integer Intervals . If m/z values still only have one decimal ".0" , it is probably because there is no cent...

Re: Automatic/batch library search?

Right now, the option is part of the Library Search Configuration. You will need to modify the configuration of the method. Configure > Settings > Search Library > check Perform library lookup after blob detection automatically https://www.gcimage.com/downloads/guide/LibSearchAfterDetectBlobSetting....
