Re: Internal Standard Quantitation
No, not right now although we are planning to support isotope dilution in the future. Currently a possible workaround is either to obtain the calibration function externally and then compute the quantities with Analysis CLIC of a blob, or use an area object overlapping with a blob. Both are a little...

Re: Blob Table: import data
IF you just want these extra information to be presented as a descriptive text, you can put them into the Blob's Description field. Then the information can be saved to a template for reuse. If the data is MS and NIST Library Search was performed, MW and formula are available through the library-rel...

Re: Quantifier and qualifier
You can use CLIC columns to show more quantifiers and qualifiers. For example, in Blob Table , click on Create CLIC Column button on the toolbar > enter "Quantifier[5]" > OK, will add the 5th quantifier to the table. You can find details about CLIC columns here: http://www.gcimage.com/gcxg...

The "Update" option was added since R2.4. You can check the version you are using through Help > About menu, and the user's guide through Help > User's Guide. The user's guide online is always for the latest release. Also, here is What's New in R2.4.

Re: how to show blob IDs on image
If the compound name of a blob is empty, the text object associated with the blob will show the blob ID.
If the compound name is not empty, the text object will show the name. In that case, you can manually edit the name to add the ID. Also the mouse-over on a blob will show its ID in a tooltip.

Re: How to solve "Cannot perform library search" error messa
If library search failed with unexpected error: -10, which indicates some library cannot be open,
you will need to check Configure > Library Search > Included Libraries settings to be sure all included libraries listed are installed, or simply click on Auto Locate NIST Library button.
