It looks like you are using 2.4, which does not support loading an Excel table. The coming release (R2.7) will support quadratic fit for calibration. You can download and try the alpha version here.

There is no weighting supported yet. For inverse weighting, do you mean the inverse of amount or response?

If the image only contains integer masses, View SIC can only produce SICs for integer masses, even if a high-res profile data is linked. To get high-res MS images, see here.
