If the image only contains integer masses, View SIC can only produce SICs for integer masses, even if a high-res profile data is linked. To get high-res MS images, see here.

You can add multiple quantifier ions to a blob, and Quantifier Response columns to Blob Table. See here for more details.

Reference MS is added when adding a blob to template. It is the spectrum of the blob, either peak (apex) or blob(integrated) MS, which depends on the following setting:

In general, any raw data file of Agilent MassHunter and Jeol that contains centroided data will work. But TofWerk's HDF5 files only contain profile and integer MS data instead of centroided data.
