Filtering an area

Is it possible to use a clic within an area to filter for pixels matching a given criteria of ion ratios, such that a volume can be determined containing only selected pixels from within the area?
The solution I seek is to untangle two overlapping peaks of isoprene and furan, which co-elute under a massive elution of CO2 and can only be seen with an SIC chromatogram at m/z 68. Screen shot attached.
If it's not possible to filter an area in this way, perhaps you could suggest another method (suitable to automation) to allow me to quantify these faint and occluded peaks?
