Calibration Regression

I was wondering if it is possible to adjust the fit of the calibration curves generated by the Projects software, for example by using a quadratic regression, or inverse weighting?
The coming release (R2.7) will support quadratic fit for calibration. You can download and try the alpha version here.
There is no weighting supported yet. For inverse weighting, do you mean the inverse of amount or response?
